Brian Peters is an NFL Linebacker, Performance & Breathing Coach, Co-Founder of The Mindstrong Project, entrepreneur, and podcast host. Raised in Pickerington, Ohio, he went on to play college football at Northwestern University where he received his master’s degree before playing 8 years of professional football, including stints in the NFL with the Houston Texans, where he earned the title of team captain, and a stint with the Minnesota Vikings. He also spent time in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, where he won a Grey Cup Championship, and he had cups of coffee with the AFL’s Iowa Barnstormers, the XFL’s Houston Roughnecks, and the UFL’s Omaha Nighthawks.

On that journey Brian found a passion and curiosity for new training methods, recovery tactics, and philosophy. He continues to train with professional athletes and experiment with new methodologies, diets, and supplements to in order to get the most out of his body and mind. He has multiple certifications in the performance industry, and is pursuing more alongside this platform. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio where he is diving into the worlds of Powerlifting and JiuJitsu.
